                    Samed Island has white fine sand which used as a material making a glass in the past. Over 80% of the Island are mountain and forest.Rain season start from May to September. In May, there’s usually a storm and there’s scatter thunder shower all over in August.

                   Sai Kaew beach is about 800 meters from the pier. You can go there by foot or the bus’s also available. Sai Kaew beach is a place where nature meets comfy. All kinds of accommodation and restaurant are placed next to the white sand beach.

                    There’re all kinds of activities waiting to join like water sports; Kayaking, banana boat or swimming. Or if you’d like to relax your body and soul, Thai massage’s also available. The other beaches on Samed’s Island are Noina, Klang, Laemyai, Pai, Putsa, Tubtim, Wongdueun, Sangthein, Waii, Kiewnork, Pakarang and Prao.

                From Bangkok to Rayong province, go to Ban Pay pier which’s located at Ban Pay market, Aumper Klang. You can choose the boat or speedboat to get to Samed Island which takes about 40 minutes.
