The
program today is to take the beautiful pictures at
Doi Hua Mot and the rubber boat raft to see the
nature along the Mae Klong River, and the Thi Lo Cho
Waterfall that take more than five hours.

At this viewpoint, we can see the sun arises
and the sea of fog in the morning, and can see Am-Pung
district and complicated mountain range clearly. In
the winter, there are a lot of fog sea which are
very beautiful.

During
the boat raft, both river banks have many kinds of
the forests such as bamboo forest and teak forest.
Sometime we will see the small creeks and small
waterfall flow into the Mae Klong River. There are
many steep cliffs was eroded by the river to be a
like the cliff overhanging into the river that we
can ship to pass under these cliffs.

The Lor Jor waterfall is the waterfall that
fall from the cliff. In the left side of the river
has the cliffs which are the stalactite, stalagmite
and limestone that are covered by fern. You can go
to visit the Lor Jor waterfall throughout the year.

On the way, there is a small hot spring to
visit and there is a tourist security center here.
Then we see and raft pass the many beautiful
cataracts and cliff namely the Ta Ko Bi cataract,
the blood cliff, Pha Phung, Pha Bong, the way to
Thee Lor Jor waterfall, the Mor Kean Do pass
through the Mae La Mung stream that flows into the
Mae Klong river.

The Pa La Tha is the
largest and oldest Karen village in the Am- Pung
district, where it is a point that visitors can
hiking and riding elephant to Kho Tha Village, and
Thee Lor Jor waterfall which it is far from Ban Pa
La Tha about 27 km.

Travel
From Bangkok
take the super highway No.1 (Pahonyothin Road), pass
Ayuttaya province, Aang Thong, Chainath, Nakhosawan,
Khampeang Phet, to Tak province. The distance is
about 425 km. Before arriving Tak province 7 km.
turned left into the highway No. 105 (Tak Mae Sod)
to Mae Sod district, distance 86 km. Then turned
left into the high way No.1090 (Mae sod Am-Pung )
along the Thong Chai mountain which is serpentine
road with the 1,219 complex curves. The distance
from Mae - Sod district to Am-Pung district is about
164 km. and travel about 4 5 hours. The all
distance from Bangkok is 668 km.
