          Presently Nimmanhaemin road has become a talk of the town street. It has changed from a quite, peaceful residential area into a busy business and entertainment center with the existence of banks, stylish coffee shops, pubs, hair saloon , medicare  , etc.

          However, there is one famous beef noodle shop “ Nua toon rod yeam” located at soi 11.  Entering the soi you will notice a yellow building right at the end of the soi, the shop is right there.  At Rod Yeam, as you enter the shop, you will feel striking your nose, the essence of boiling hot soup with the mixture of Thai herbs and other spicy ingredients.

        You will also notice fresh fillet meat, beef liver, tongue and other goodies displayed on a large tray filled with ice , ready for customers.  Top on the list of the menu is the noodle soup.  Here you have both meat ball and very tender fillet beef.  For non meat eaters you will have other choices on the menu, including a very tasty rice topped with delicious chicken curry.

The shop is decorated with simple decor and has 18 tables.  It is very busy from 12 to 2 pm.  Please come early on a first come first serve basis.
