Mae Klang Doi Intanond Chiangmai
Doi Intanond is the highest
mountain in Chiangmai. It is at
the height of 2565 meters above
sea level. Doi Intanond is the
most popular tourist attractions
in the Northern part of Thailand,
because of its beautiful
surrounding and its cold weather
in the month of November and
December.
One
of the very famous tourist
attraction is Ban Klang Luang.
Here you have a small commune
called Ban Nawe Eko standing
right in the midst of the rice
field

In the raining season you
will see the ever green paddy field
and in the cold season they will
turn into fabulous golden color on
the geometrically sloping hillside
. It is certainly a beautiful sight
to see. You see an unending rice
field, green in color and gradually
turned into a striking golden color
right in the middle of the forest.

remember.

At Doi Intanond, tourist

waterfalls such as Mae Ya

the waterfall.

shrine , Pratat Napamethanidol and
Pratat Napapolphumisiri. From here
you can have very vivid view
of
Doi Intanonmd. Also up on this peak,
there is a thumb of Prachao
Intavijanond, the
seventh ruler of Chiangmai .
