We have selected beef from the United States and seafood from Australia because of their unquestionable quality. Our fruits and vegetables are locally grown products which ensure their freshness. Our team of chefs have had many years of experience in French cuisine and have been trained by French chefs.

The showpiece of the restaurant must be the wine cellar, which has a collection of superb wines from all over the world, not to mention the fine collection of Champagne. The cellar is a temperature controlled room which offers wine lovers to closely view and inspect the wine before selection.

As our setting is on the banks of the Ping River, Le Crystal has taken on an open Lanna style architecture, made mostly of wood. The glass surrounding the building offers unimpeded view of the Thai garden and the Ping River.

Outside, the garden balcony is designed for nature lovers who would prefer to dine amongst the natural surroundings of the fragrance from the Thai garden and the view of the ever flowing Ping River.

In our quest for perfection, we have selected the best materials for our kitchen staffs and chefs to work with and we have given the restaurant an ambiance which is suitable for the location but perfection would not be complete if not for the level of service we are able to provide.
