Koomwimarndin (จากดินสู่ดาว
ด้วยศิลปะบนงานดิน แห่งฉะเชิงเทรา)
Koomwimarndin is in Khlong Khuen District,
Chachoengsao Province.
The place was founded in 2005. It is the centre of
art education for locals and the people who are
interested in making pottery.
Koomwimarndin is both a producer and a seller. The
products are joined with OTOP project as well.
Pottery at Koomwimarndin is beautiful and unique.
Jay Ims Kui Chai is the best when eaten hot and fresh from the steamer.
The ingredients of the
fillings contain herbs like garlic, coriander root,
pepper, salt, and so many more, which make Kui Chai
smell good and not oily.
Apart from being eaten hot from steamer, Kui Chai
can be fried as well.
If you cannot finish it all in one day, you can keep
it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it
again, just put it in a steamer or fry it in a pan.
Jay Ims Kui Chai is only 20 baht / box.
