          Noodles are one of the popular dish for almost everybody.  You will find noodles shops everywhere you go around town in Thailand.

          When Moo hin visited Chiangmai, we come across a striking name of a noodle shop  :Giant Bowl Noodle” .

Owner of  original Kuey Tiew Galamang.

          This noodle shop is owned by Mr. So, or Pi So in Thai.  His uncle started the business and invented the recipe, and as part of attractions to the customers, he invented this striking name (giant bowl noodles)  and   believe me it works, as the shop is always busy.  You would have to wait about 15 minutes for your order during the busy lunch time.  Mr So said the secret of his success is that they use only first grade ingredients and consistency in the preparations.

          They carefully steam the  ingredients  whether it is pork or beef until it becomes very soft and tender and tasty.

Every order will be prepared so quick.	Pork or beef at your own choice.

          Another secrets of this shop is that they steam the meat or  fish ball in low temperature instead of boiling.  This certainly preserves  the original flavor.

          When come to the price, one would be surprised at Bht 25.- per giant bowl or if you need a special bowl, it only costs  Bht 40.-

          The shop is neat and very clean and easy to get there.
