Hatyai has a floating market called
Klonghae Floating Market. It is a new floating
market created as a tourist attraction for the
people living in the south of the country. The
floating market is open on Friday, Saturday, and
Sunday only. It has drawn the people from Malaysia
as they like to come and shop here.
Klonghae Floating Market offers a very interesting
show called Shadow play.
It
is different from Ampawa Floating
Market and Damnoen Saduak Floating Market because
most of the sellers are wearing head covers as they
believe in Islam.
The
floating market also has a campaign for the
