This place is the Chae Sorn National Park at Lampang. Before we go to visit it, we would like to explain about the natural scientific experiment that is only the boiled egg which studies the cause of the hot spring and the sulfur.

          The fish feeding place is at the first floor and the fish food is only 10 Baht a bag. Most of the fish are the Pung fish or also known as the Pluang Hin fish that are dark brown and like to live in a group in the streams that have water run throughout the year. This kind of fish only has at the Chae Sorn waterfall and the Mae Morn creek where the water flows throughout the year.

            The Chae Sorn National Park also has a power plant because in each day, there are many people come to the park and there are many activities such as restaurants, mineral shower room and use to light the path at night for tourists  safety. Therefore, the Park has established a mini power plant in the year 2533 by the Department of Energy was the operator to install it at the Mae Morn creek. It is located on the 6th floor of the Chae Sorn waterfall.

The next zone is a popular for the people who love health and beauty that are the mineral drench and bath which are two kinds. The first is bath in group that is 20 for adults and 10 baht for children. The second is the private mineral bath that is single or double rooms but it is 50 baht for adults and 20 baht for children. Both drench in group and private open from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and the park has provided mineral bath room more than 50 rooms but sometime you maybe wait in long queue too.

The temperature water at the place to boil eggs is 82 degrees Celsius that considered the hot water but it not the boiling point yet. So if you boil egg, it takes a quite long time or about 17 minutes but for the quail eggs to boil for about 5 minutes only.

The map for the journey and the general information of Chae Sorn National Park Travel by car The Chae Sorn waterfall is about 75 km far from Lampang city. The journey start from Lampang city along the highway no. 1035 (Lampang - Chae Hom) and at the 58th km., you will reach the junction into Muang Pan District. Then take the road to Muang Pan District about 17 kilometers to the Chae Son waterfall. The Chae Son National Park won the "Thailand Tourism Award in 2543" that organized the contest by the Forestry Department on the anniversary day for 104 years on September 18, 2543.        Geographies It is the complicated mountain and it is a part in west of the Pee Pan Nam mountain. The southwest adjacent to the Mae Phrik district and it is the border among Lampang, Chiang Mai and Lamphun. The Height above the sea level 300 to 2031 meters and the highest peak is Doi Lanka.

Climate Climate of Jae Son National Park is classified as a tropical dry which are the rainy season which start from May to October, the winter starts from November to February that is a nice weather. The average minimum temperature is about 22 degrees Celsius  and the summer starts from March to April that the weather is quite hot. The maximum average temperature is about 33 degrees Celsius and in a year the average temperature is 26 degrees Celsius, but you can travel to the Chae Sorn National Park throughout the year.
