     The ancient noodle of Phrae is very famous, and easy to find in the city of Phare .

This shop is not only selling noodle, but there are many menu for customers to choose. That is including dessert and local dry food for tourist to bring home.

     The owner told us that she likes to cook and decided to open the shop. She created her owner menu and using difference ingredients  to bring out the taste.

       The shop is decorated with pictures of the ancestor , as the shop is inherited from the family. High roof with open space for the air circulation, it can hold more than hundred customers all at once.

     There is another branch of the shop at Nan, it is in front of Vieng Sa hospital. But the branch sells only the noodle, with out special menu to select.
